I have been a huge fan of Music and Home theater systems for most of my life. I used to install custom home theaters that cost in the range of $20,000-$200,000 so speaker quality is one thing I don't take lightly.  My family is in the movie industry and sound editing end of things. Now these are self powered meaning that as long as you have a set of RCA's and a surge protector you can hook these up to anything from iPods, Music, TV, or Game Systems. The best part of it is you don't need an amp or a lot of cabling just a small shelf power and a set of RCA's that's all nothing more nothing less. Now I know what your thinking.
